"Fantastic staff! Very friendly and accommodating. They surprised me with a birthday cake and a small bottle of prosecco for my birthday which was so lovely! Gym could use an update but otherwise, fantastic hotel!"

"Hotel was lovely, in a great location right in the centre of old town. Paid extra for a balcony room, but was so high I couldn’t see over it, they also don’t give any bottled water in the room which I think should be standard these days fir this level of hotel."

"had a wonderful stay at the Epoch Hotel in Romania. The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and the entire staff was incredibly warm and friendly throughout my visit. A special thank you to Ștefan, the bartender, who truly made the experience unforgettable. His cocktails were absolutely amazing — creative, perfectly balanced, and crafted with so much attention to detail. You can really tell he is passionate about what he does. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
