"Perfect location near tram stop and lots of local cafes/restaurants/bars in the old town of Sarajevo. Really good air con that worked perfectly during the heatwave and very helpful for our late check in due to delayed journey."

"The balcony doors ware out of the frame couldn’t close :( this is not okay I had valuable items with me and anyone with video of crossing over the balcony was able to cross over and try to get in. Sorry but Not okay. 2nd the shower floor was full of water after showering it couldn’t drain the slope was leading away from the drain . 2-3” of water was collecting there at all time and could go away."

"Hotel itself was nice and comfortable. Empty refrigerator isn't a nice welcome when you've had no time to shop for basics like water. I think the breakfast needs a big improvement. Either charge extra for it or stop doing it. A bit sparse and no real healthy options"
