The biggest problem was they said we were not expected ( even though my name was clearly on their guest list) and that they did not know we had a 6 year old with us. The staff were friendly and always escorted us to and from our lodge after dark in case of elephants (which we did encounter on the track to the lodge on one eve). "Large rooms, good location, clean. I would not book this hotel through Expedia, however, because they were very confused. I am not sure how Expedia liaises with hotels, because they seemed to have never heard of Expedia and I am concerned that they may not have the correct systems in place to record and access payments. "The staff was nice. We went on a Safari and we got to see lots of animals and we went on a dinner boat cruise and got to see hippos and and some other wildlife and that was a lot of fun. The rooms were nice. We stayed there total of five nights Very peaceful and relaxing in town is not very far away as in Pakwach. For some easy shopping and gifts"
