First. The positives-friendly staff, very clean, amenities such as the pool, solid location and real breakfast, not just some fruit, bread, muffins and cereal. The negatives-rooms are too small and uncomfortable, especially the bed. Second, you must request ckeaning staff to come to your room to remove trash and dirty towels, and even then they'll get to you when they decide too. I requested this service and they show up three days later. If I hadn't put the trash and dirty towels outside the room they would have still been there. Too late of a start for breakfast was another negative. Last, elevator was not functional the entire stay and that's bad when you're on the third floor and have to take bags up several flights of stairs.
It wasn't a complete negative stay, but not worth the money paid for the room. I'm not sure I would stay there again as there are better hotels, but not an entirely negative experience.
