"We booked 3 nights in a hotel apartment. The first night we spent in a small room and it was not the same apartment we booked, the reception closes at 1pm so we couldn't do anything. The next day we spoke to the only receptionist there who couldn't speak English and was using a translation app, she admitted the mistake and promised to try to exchange the room for an apartment or deduct the city tax which is a very small amount! Fortunately they were able to change rooms but due to lack of time...

"Fantastic staff from first contact at reception to the gentleman serving at the bar. The set menu in the evening was fantastic, as was the breakfast buffet. The building is very attractive. Some of the interior would benefit from an update. We will definitely return."

"Leider hatte das Restaurant geschlossen. Und der Fahrstuhl war defekt. Die Betten waren in Ordnung und das Zimmer ist groß und sauber."

"Als einzige Unterkunft in Drei Annen Hohne gelegen, präsentiert sich das Hotel urig und Gegend-typisch, das passt! Der zugehörige Parkplatz bietet viel Kapazitäten. Der Speiseraum ist toll mit Deckenmalereien gestaltet und bequem. Man kann direkt auf den Bahnhof schauen, wenn man im vorderen Teil sitzt! "We knew the restaurant wasn’t going to be open as we were staying on a Monday, what wasn’t expected was that the hotel reception would close by 5pm and breakfast wouldn’t be until 8am. The room was lovely and clean. The area was the same. But a hotel should have 24hr reception and breakfast from 6am on weekdays. "
