WiFi imposible de usar en el primer piso. Televisor con una recepción desastrosa. El primer día me pusieron en una habitación sin calefacción porque tenían mal agendada mí reserva y le echaron la culpa a Expedia. Además me cobraron impuestos cuando mí reserva decía claramente impuestos incluidos. Ni en hotel ni Expedia se hacen cargo.

Habitación ruidosa, nunca pude cerrar al todo la ventana que daba a la calle. Desayuno de muy mala calidad. El día que llegamos no dejaron jabones en el baño. La ducha se inunda. El TV se ve en blanco y negro. Muy mala experiencia en general.

estuvo casi bien. faltaba elementos que aparecían en la reserva, como microondas,el cofre de seguridad?No era tal, o le faltaba lo esencial,El teclado de los códigos o no se que era eso,menos cofre. El desayuno elemental.

Foi a pior experiência em toda nossa vida em viagens pelo mundo. Este Hotel não merece estar na apresentação de nenhuma categoria. Simplesmente, quando chegamos e visualizamos o estado que se encontrava, com mal estado de conservação, velho, elevador antigo, um estava quebrado, não havia banheiro feminino embaixo, saleta de café da manhã de quinta categoria, subimos aos quartos, colchões antigos, quarto com cheiro de cigarro, tampa dos sanitários desgastados, janelas antigas, chave do quarto com remendo de epoxi. Ao depararmos com todo este estado de situação, fomos tentar negociar com a gerente, que de forma ríspida e indelicada, nos obrigou a pagar todas as diárias das cinco pessoa, não deu um centavo de abatimento, além de gritar como se fossemos animais. Este Hotel tem três estrelas e não deveria ser classificado como tal, fomos para outro hotel 4 estrelas, pagamos menos e tivemos tratamento excelente. Se não consumimos café da manhã, tolhas, lençóis, fronhas, água, luz e enfim todos os gastos diretos, por cortesia, esta Senhora deveria reconhecer e dar um desconto. Muito cuidado com os avaliadores brasileiros que por ali passaram, se não seria falso para atrair os menos avisados. Com um nome que se estampa o hotel, achamos que a categoria seria adequada, mas infelizmente não foi o que ocorreu pelo relato. ANTONIO DE PÁDUA RISOLÍA
