Room was clean. The bed was super comfy! The staff here were very good especially when on Christmas I wanted to borrow one of their complementary bicycles to go for a ride. The fellow at the front desk was able to accommodate my request with a smile. It was Christmas and not a lot of things to do. So, being able to get out on the bike was a great was to spend part of the day.

A nice hotel but a little on the dated side. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is perfectly located near the centre of the city. If renovated this hotel would receive a top rating

Good location. Friendly staff. Breakfast could be better, not enough food variety. The room itself was fine, but the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear guests in the adjacent room. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom, which made it feel humid.

The location and breakfast really pull the rating up, both of which were fantastic and worth the price in my opinion. The room was well-appointed and beautiful, but was not restocked well over our stay (missing towels, toilet paper, coffee). 1 of the 2 elevators was broken the majority of our stay. Staff was hit or miss in regards to helpfulness and friendliness. The gym was small but functional and pretty clean. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but ordered room service and the food was better than average. They have an app for ordering room service and making requests which is nice in theory, especially if your first language isn’t Spanish, but it didn’t seem to work for anything *except* room service—all of our “free” requests for toilet paper, towels, etc went unanswered.
