Very comfortable staying. Good size of rooms. Close to “Casa Rosada” and “obelisco”. You can walk throughout very nice streets from the hotel. In general, very convenient for turists.

Overall I am not dissapointed about this property, however, I stayed at the 7th floor , my neighbors were extremely loud and did not let us sleep properly. Also there was a room with machines next to mine that made a lot of noise which made it hard to sleep. There were water issues, few water to take a shower and the tub does not have the right curtains and everything got wet including the floor. Finally, the hotel needs a restaurant or at least a coffee area, amazing it does not have one or at least a machine to but a bottle of water or soda. The staff was very nice at the reception and the location is fantastic.

The best part of this hotel is its location. It’s convenient to walk to many attractions. The worst is that it has bed bugs. The staff is not very helpful or friendly.

Nice hotel in a central area. The staff is very friendly and will make your stay very pleasant. Wi-Fi is spotty, which makes it difficult if you have to do any work.

Worst hotel ever - STAY AWAY!!!! WARNING!!!

Do not let the four stars fool you because this is NOT a four star hotel, far from it. It is much closer to a 1 star Hostel. The only good thing we can say about this hotel was that the lobby area looked quite OK, everything else was super old, broken, smelly, moldy. The AC in our first room was broken and the bed was so soft you basically went down to the floor. We changed rooms. In the next room the AC/heater was so noisy we could not use it, there was a terrible smell of mold, the window did not close properly, there was no working ventilation, the "door" to the room was so thin and warped that you could hear everything (yes, everything) from the rooms around you and from the hallway. There was also no hot water most of the time and when we finally did get some hot water there was NO water pressure. There was no water bottles in the room and the front desk refused to provide any when we asked, instead they told us to go buy it at some shop. At 23.00 / 11pm on a Saturday night. Thanks! We wanted to leave the same night we checked in but were so tired from traveling that we had to wait until morning. Which was not pleasant as the beddings felt very very dirty. Yuck! Oh and yes, the internet / Wifi was so bad it was completely unusable. We booked another hotel the next morning and checked out. The hotel refused to cancel the stay but we reached an agreement with Hotels.com instead, and that we will dispute the charge with American Express. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This is such bait and switch and I feel completely ripped off. What it’s advertised here is a four star “upscale” hotel. So think Hilton and Westin. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on expedia. As soon as you get into the elevator and up to your rooms, you entered what resembles a one star hotel. Think of a hostel just with private rooms. The place is grimy and very dirty. Our beds weren’t even changed on our check in. And since we checked in late at night I went down to reception to inform them that my pillowcase is dirty and there is hair on it. They told me there was nothing they can do until tomorrow morning. It took 15 mins for me to explain that I am not putting my head on a dirty pillow. The receptionist then took me to a linen closet where there was no pillowcases at all.I asked him to just give me a clean sheet and I wrapped my pillow with it. Towels were yellow and threadbare. We rented 2 rooms for 5 days and my kids bedrooms had blood stains on their linens. Toilets were leaking along the ring which caused terrible smell. There was police hanging out in a lobby almost every night. And the door in front of the hotel was always locked and people needed to be buzzed in and out. Didn’t seem like safe place at all. We wanted to leave the first night but almost all hotels in BA were booked. And hotel didn’t want to refund us the money so we got stuck with them. The receptionist Francisco was rude and condescending. AVOID AT ALL COST!
