The hotel is really nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are many options for breakfast. The street during the night doesn't feel very safe, and the rooms that look to the street can be a little bit noisy at night, since the windows are not very sealed.

Nice hotel in a good area close to everything

Great stay. Nice hotel in a walkable area. We wish we could have had time to use the sauna on the property. The wifi doesn’t work in the rooms, but you can sit in the comfortable lobby area to have wifi if you need it

Excellent front end staff, friendly and helpful. Huge rooms, clean! Great breakfast! Unique indoor swimming pool! The area around the hotel seems typical for the city, lots of homeless, but they don't bother you.

Highly recommend

Great location, excellent service. I loved the breakfast, especially the variety and lovely warm pool; I found it ideal for relaxing after a long day. My only downside was the wifi; even the one allocated exclusively for the rooms does not seem to work. I used my mobile data, so it is no big deal, but it is something to pay attention to.

The hotel lobby is great. However, I was expecting better for the room for a 3.5 stars hotel: shower was old, missing a few commodities, toilet wasn’t clean enough when I arrived. In addition, having the breakfast area in same « place » as the pool does make the place really humid. I was still happy, but was expecting more…

This hotel is in an older part of the city. Lots of construction etc. However, the rooms were nice and the staff excellent. You need a converter for power and the in room phone did not work. There was a large cockroach in the bathroom (the city is infested so this would be possible in any hotel here). There are nice free snacks in the room but no coffee maker. Beds are clean and comfortable. Very limited English spoken so use a translator. For the low cost ($75) it was good. I would recommend.

Cannot Say Enough Good About This Place!

My experience here was absolutely amazing, mainly because of the staff, though it is worth noting, the location is excellent, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. I needed to extend my stay a few days in a row due to unforeseen circumstances, and each time they were incredibly understanding, accommodating and polite, and were even able to keep me in the same room for the entire duration so that I didn't have to pack up every night and move to another room. Not every host that I spoke with spoke English, but they were all incredibly patient as we used the Google Translate app to converse. By the fourth day, they were pretty much treating me like family, with big smiles and greetings, even though we didn't always understand eachother. The staff make this place 100% worth staying at, the fact that the rooms, location and hotel itself is great is just icing on the cake. Thank you again so much for the hospitality and understanding, you made my stay an incredible one despite the circumstances that forced me to keep extending my stay.
