The front desk staff inpartucular William is extremely knowledgable and helpful. He went our of his way to help me find a pharmacy after hours. Also Cinthia, which works the breakfast service was very pleasant and kind. She made sure we had what we needed and also was very attentive to detail and quicly restocked food and beverages at the breakfast buffet. Overal, we enjoyed our stay, we hope to go back soon.

Overall a good stay. Pros: excellent service, location, good breakfast, clean, comfortable beds, v good linen. Cons: bathroom rather small, bad water pressure, can improve on ecofriendliness (towels were changed daily without request)

Wonderful hotel!

We loved this hotel. The location was beautiful, near parks and close to the Recoleta Cemetery. The room and beds were clean, new and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. Really great breakfast with fresh peaches and plums!

The hotel was nice in a great area, the room was super big and very nice. The tv was a little bit small for the room tho, the breakfast was good every morning we took it! The staff were very friendly, they even sing happy birthday for my BF with a small cake!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was being painted so the space was not ideal but when I returned two weeks later at the end of my trip for a two day stay, it was all finished and look very nice. Rooms were super clean and I liked the Shampoo, etc. The rain shower head was fabulous.
