Visit to BA and Antarctica

Wonderful place to stay while in Buenos Aires. Good breakfast, close to restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff. Luana was so kind and helpful. We will stay here again when in Buenos Aries. The hotel held some of our luggage for 2 weeks while we were in Antarctica.

Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Very helpful staff. Stored our luggage for a few days while we flew to Iguazu Falls. The hotel is storing our small carry on while we cruise Antarctica. Hotel is in a great location for shops, restaurants and more. I am very glad we stayed here.

Great attention from the restaurant staff, and some at the reception but others did not even answer the phone when calling (and it didn´t even work for some of the days of my stay, so I couldn´t ask for a wake-up call). -Internet connection is slow and intermittent -The blow dryer in the toilet is really small; they don´t have a larger one that clients can borrow.
