Great boutique hotel. Very clean, well maintained, centrally located in Palermo Soho. The front desk staff of Thomas, Mora, and Aldana were amazing. Very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. The complimentary breakfast was yummy! Would absolutely stay there again

The hotel is well located just in the middle of Palermo. Walking distance from plaza Serrano where you can find plenty of dining options. The breakfast is outstanding.

Inexpensive, basic accommodation that clean, well run with an excellent young staff that assist in every way. This is not a 5 star facility but it's clean fun and three days cost us less than we paid for our last supper at the Fairmont. WONDERFUL Staff.

Its a nice boutique hotel. Rooms are average size. Best part is they have a bakery in the front of the hotel. The baked goods are pretty good. Its nice to have fresh baked breads in the am. Its situated in a great area, in the heart of palermo soho, where all the action is. Everything is withing walking distance; bars, restaurants, entertainment. Bad things are, water pressure in the shower was so,so. One day there was no hot water. You have to enter security gate, which is ok. No elevators. No bar or lounge area. But you can always just go to the bars next door or within walking distance. It can get loud on weekends as all the bars are close by, but im cool with that. There are no chain hotels in the area so this is a good option.

All of the staff is very nice and accommodating along with the room that was clean. The bed was firm but it’s a king size and comfortable and there’s a safe to store valuable items. The room had a private patio downstairs and includes a table and chairs. Breakfast and coffee was great and walking distance to all the shops, bars, and restaurants.

Charmoso mas não é boutique

Atendimento muito cordial. O ambiente é agradável e charmoso. Mas não é um hotel boutique. Por exemplo: não há roupão e chinelos para saída de banho e o piso é frio. O café da manhã é limitado e não é self service. Pode parecer besteira mas esse detalhe faz toda a diferença. Especialmente se vc não domina o idioma.
