"Our hotel room was very dirty with many small insects, lizards and other mosquitos. They were running around. On complaining, they gave us a second room which was even worse. The manager was called and he was very aggressive with me. I feared for our lives. He shouted and pointed at me and moved towards me informing me that my complaint was not valid. Point black he refused to even try a third room and told us to get out of his hotel. Avoid at all costs!"

"Good: Good mattress. The breakfast is fine for the price. Ok wifi. Bad: Stayed in Superior room number 15. This room is right next to the reception and common area. So it's hard to calm down. There is constant chatter 3 meters from the bed from 7.00 to after midnight. So you can't sleep until everyone has left the common area. One should stop using this room. Cobwebs over the bed. "The hotel is dated but in good condition with the necessary amenities. The staff tried to communicate in English and was helpful with directions. An authentic Thia restaurant within walking distance, April's was amazing, a nearby mall and a beautiful exercise park with dragons/chrines was a wonderful morning experience! "
