"We had a lovely one-night stay. Everything was comfortable and just what we needed for a short visit. We’d happily stay again."

"Nice staff and a clean facility. Comfortable stay."

"excellent"

"Great room"

"This location has easy IH access with several dinning options and coffee shops; this is always very convenient for my travel needs. Rooms are always clean and quiet; it’s hard to believe even with its close proximity to the highway but it is a good place to rest and prepare for the next morning. The evening staff is the one I interact more and have all positive feedback to share - always kind and helpful. This is one of my favorite business travel properties to stay and recommend."

"The breakfast options were great"

"Nice size room"

"At breakfast, it would’ve been nice to have been served coffee in a glass mug instead of it to go cup and there were no spoons or anything. The breakfast itself is OK. The staff was very good and the room was great."

"The thing that stood out to me most was how clean everything was. There was a fresh clean smell from the moment I walked in the front. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous with me. I was several hours ahead of check in time and she allowed me to check in early which was what I really needed. You guys truly added to my experience in Austin. I come from Honolulu where hospitality is really high but H.I.E is right up there with them. Mahalo to you Holiday inn."
