Outstanding hospitality. The receptionist was incredibly helpfull, managing an early check-in and making sure that I had a wake-up call and a packed breakfast ready for my very early departure. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back.

Staff were friendly and accomodating upon arrival. Greatly appreciate they were able to change the room to a twin bed last-minute. Breakfast was great, good selection. We forgot a couple essential items and they were able to provide it. Room was clean and we were able to request extra towels and tea when needed. Location is also a bonus! Very close to Therme and the airport. There was also a little convenience strore nearby and a traditional Romanian restaurant if you want to try some authentic Romanian food. Overall a pleasant stay, will come again.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk to and from the airport. The staff, especially Cristian, were very kind, professional and welcoming. We were grateful to be upgraded to an executive room which we loved for its spacious area, cleanliness and decor. The reception and restaurant were cozy and the breakfast with plenty of food and drink options which tasted fresh. We were extremely happy with our choice and found it convenient to get to the city centre from here including public transport.

We were staying near the airport for a 6am flight. The hotel was perfect for this. They had a shuttle running pretty much 24 hours so that was no problem. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable.

Room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly when we checked in (found former guest trash under the bed) and the cleaning staff “skipped “ our room and didn’t even refresh the towels. We came in late and the shuttle driver wasn’t happy and drove very fast and unsafe ( in opposite: safe and helpful driver when we went to the airport) breakfast was supposed to be included (we stayed 2 nights, first morning was free and second they discovered that “they had a mistake” and charged us $40…) the location is good and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful

Overall friendly staff, mostly at the coffee bar. Easy access to the airport, fantastic drop off and pick up system to and from the airport.
This is the notice that supposedly explains that the room will not be cleaned for 3 days. We were left with overflowing bins, dirty cups, dirty sink and shower, and apparently this notice advices travellers of this.
Unsure what happens when this gets hang on the door! Maybe the rubbish from the adjacent room gets added to your room.
