The hotel had great amenities and in a fantastic location. It was kind of a pain that the reception area staff was slow in helping hotel guests check in. There was often a long line at the desk without any sense of urgency that people are waiting to be helped.

People first! Alexander at the reception desk-respectful curious and super helpful even during moments of high stress when the bus unloaded dozens of travelers. The hotel is not luxurious but VERY clean, good functional spaces and amenities. The pool and restaurants are shared between all Radisson hotels in the complex. Lovely fresh breakfast. Cleaning staff is flexible and responsive.

The hotel was reasonably priced but we were not aware that there were stairs everywhere which made it awkward to get into the hotel and move around with our luggage. The building is very confusing. It is close to everything and is in a safe neighbourhood. Also in order to use the outdoor pool you would need to join a beach club.

Our stay had both positives and frustrations, with the biggest issue being the check-in process. We arrived early and understood our room might not be ready, but after being repeatedly told it would be "another 30 minutes," we didn't get access until after 5pm. This was particularly difficult as I was travelling with my mother, who has mobility issues and is undergoing cancer treatment. The reception staff member we initially dealt with was not especially helpful, but Beatrice handled the situation professionally and kindly offered complimentary breakfast and a dining voucher, which we appreciated. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living area, and balcony. However, it felt somewhat dated and lacked enough towels and water for three guests. The lack of mirrors near plug sockets also made getting ready inconvenient. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and friendly staff. The bar and restaurant teams were also welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, service was inconsistent. We had to request toilet paper twice after waiting two hours for the first request to be fulfilled. We were also told we could use the outdoor hot tub facilities, only to discover they were closed for maintenance until next year, which was disappointing as we had planned to use them during our stay. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, with spacious accommodation and some excellent staff. However, poor check-in inconsistent service detracted from experience

We had a decent stay here overall, nothing special. The property details are massively oversold which meant we felt a bit conned. The room we had on the 4th floor was nothing like the photos - it looked like it had been forgotten when the hotel was refurbished. A number of problems were addressed (microwave not working, shampoo empty), but others were not worth reporting: both kitchen and bathroom sink tap were very wobbly; the shower head only stayed in one place if you positioned it very carefully, the hooks on the back of the bathroom door were not secure and falling out, and the towel rack was also falling out of the wall. None of the advertised facilities are at this hotel - they are all at the Radisson Blue which backs onto the Park Inn. The indoor pool and gym are accessed around the side of the building. The only facilities at this hotel are the breakfast area (which is currently closed) and the small bar area. The beds were comfortable (more than one pillow please!) and rooms were clean. There was also plenty of space - almost too much as we also didn't have the dining table that was advertised for the double room suite. If you can get this hotel for a good price, I would recommend, it don't expect luxury or a typical Radisson experience - it's much more budget than that.

Great hotel with an ideal location. Rooms were very clean and comfortable however there were no means of cooling the room temperature down without opening the balcony door. Being next to a church which rung its bell continuously this was not ideal. Tried altering the thermostat but it was on a shared heating supply during the winter so this did not achieve anything. That said I’d definitely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend the hotel. A little more variety would be nice in the hotel breakfast too.

Posto da evitare assolutamente. Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà. Somiglia molto più ad un ospedale di 30 anni a fa che ad una struttura ricettiva. La stanza è estremamente trascurata. Non dispone della Spa (motivo per cui lo avevamo scelto). Si appoggia ad un centro fitness e bisogna uscire dalla struttura (che non è esattamente comodo soprattutto d'inverno). In ogni caso fanno tante storie e non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne. Prezzo assolutamente sovradimensionato rispetto alla qualità della struttura. Prenotate altrove.

Nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr gute Lage des Hotels. Das Zimmer war auch sauber und wir haben uns generell sehr wohl gefühlt.
