The staff communicated consistently with me until I arrived. They helped me celebrate by anniversary by offering a drink package and upgraded us free of charge. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. We will definitely be coming back.

Had to pay a cleaning fee of 30 euros, not sure if I missed the extra charge on the Expedia website and also the swimming pool is not in the property but rather another private property and there is additions fees for that and I don’t understand why this is listed in the apartment listing. Overall apartment is good though.

It was brand new and in a very nice area of Bucharest. The Manager (Gabriel) was of great assistance, and he helped us to check in smoothly even though we made the booking at last minute. We reached to almost all tourist attractions in town without any difficulty and in relatively short time considering the traffic congestion.

The day we arrived in Bucharest it snowed and it was very cold. We could not visit Bucharest much because of the cold weather. So we spent most of our time in the hotel, very comfortable. And we were very happy to stay here. I would definitely recommend it.

Be aware you have to pay 30e extra for cleaning

Nice technological place, but lost in small details. Internet not working, if you pay for the parking place you have get the car out from the parking, leave it in the street and dropthe remote back in the apartment. If you call from the check in hours (3:00 PM - 5:30 AM that means in my english form afternoon up to the next day in the morning), a boorish man answer saying I should have read the check in details because 11:30PM it is late. Anyway after an hour messaging I get inside the apartment and after having paid 30Euro for the cleaning next day. with 83 euro I could have choose another place.

Misleading Listing – No On-Site Pool or Lake View

I’m giving this property 1 star due to false advertising. The listing showed a photo of a nice swimming pool and hot tub, and it appeared in filtered search results for places with a pool. It even displayed the pool icon, which led us to believe these amenities were available on-site, the main reason we booked this apartment. After arrival, we asked the host about the pool and were told: “The swimming pool is 5 minutes away, and you can find prices and conditions on their website: https://complexsportiv2000.ro.” Seriously? Sending guests to a public sports complex and expecting them to pay separately is completely unacceptable. It’s misleading - clearly intended to give the impression that a private or on-site pool is included. To make matters worse, the “lake view” turned out to be nothing more than an urban gray skyline and two nearby cemeteries. No lake view. The apartment itself is clean (shower not so much) large and located in a quiet area. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was quick and efficient. Check-in was code-based, but filling out forms at 11 p.m. was not ideal. Also, be aware this is an Airbnb-style rental not a hotel, as the listing may suggest. There are no stores or public transport options nearby, so a car is a must. The cleaning fee of 30 RON (under $7) was clearly stated and reasonable to answer to those who complained about it. That said, I would not have booked this place if I had known there is no pool. Be warned: this listing is a lie.

Un manque de nettoyage

Nous sommes arrivés au niveau de l'immeuble et il nous a fallu plus d'une demi-heure pour avoir les instructions pour rentrer dans l'appartement. On nous a aussi demandé de nous affranchir des frais de ménages d'un montant de 30 euros. Ces frais auraient pu être justifiés si l'appartement était propre mais il n'en était rien. Nous avons trouvé des cheveux et des miettes au sol et le lave-vaisselle n'était pas vidé. De plus, sur l'annonce il y a l'évocation d'une piscine mais impossible de la trouver. Quelques bons points néanmoins, l'équipement de l'appartement est correct (machine à laver, climatisation, cuisine équipée) et le balcon est agréable.

Man får intrycket att det finns pool i huset men det gör det inte. Poolen är en del av ett aktivitetshus ca. 500 meter bort som du behöver betala entre till. För övrigt en mycket fin lägenhet.
