CAUTION: avoid this listing. Possible scammers.
Rate quoted was doubled by time booking complete. Tried to cancel 3 minutes later and was told non-refundable. Arrived at location on day of reservation, lockbox opened, but no key inside -- left stranded. Unable to contact host. Hotels.com provided alternate comfy hotel -- after 2 hours of delays and calling. Scammers that probably couldn't make it on the airbnb website. Very dissatisfied! Hotels.com should deal with hotels and not list possible scammers.

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Ein Edeka-Markt befindet sich gleich in der Nähe und interessante Ziele (Therme Erding, Flughafen München, Bayern Park) erreicht man auch sehr schnell. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Hervorragende Unterkunft, stylisch, geräumig. Kontakt zur Vermieterin einwandfrei . Anreise und Abreise problemlos. Küche top Bad top. Betten sehr bequem. Italiener gegenüber war sehr lecker und freundlich.

El apartamento muy amplio con dos pisos y original y acogedora decoración. La cocina muy bien equipada y también amplía. La dueña muy amable.Habiamos avisado de que llegaríamos tarde y no tardó ni cinco minutos en llegar. Muy fácil el check in. Sin nada negativo que resaltar. Totalmente recomendable.

Heel goed appartement
we hebben hier slechts 1 nacht geslapen, op doorreis naar Kroatie.
Bij aankomt bleek dat wij een appartement hebben gehuurd dat deel uitmaakt van een woonunit, het appartement is zeer netjes en nagenoeg nieuw. Zeer goed geslapen. Bakker zit om de hoek en pizzeria tegenover de woning.

Left stranded attempted scammer
My family was left stranded by this property. We drove for 5 hours to stay at this location. The property manager Pauline stated that she would email us the check in information .She never did send the email. After several calls and emails she finally just agreed to meet us at the location to check us in . When we arrived she asked us to drive to a second location. She then attempted to collect for a second time payment. We had payed on line months ahead a time. When we tried to call Hotels.com she took off. When they called her she stated that she was choosing to not let us stay because of non payment. I never could figure out if Hotels.com did not pay her or she was wanting us to pay twice. Neither party would tell me where the money I had paid went. Hotels.com did find me another location. However it ruined the last day of our vacation . After the five hour drive it added another 3 hours in calling , finding the new location and driving to the new location. The worst part was being in a foreign country lost with out a place to stay. We spent months planning the trip and thought we had found the perfect place only to be left on the curb. I truly think there was a scam involved.

Clean, well equipped, quiet! Awesome!
Absolutely near to perfection. Well equipped with an electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, full cook-top/oven and toaster. All utensils, knives and even coffee filters and parchment paper. Very clean! I only have one suggestion, Michael: Ditch the sheik carpet. You may end up with guests with allergies and it sheds hair on your socks. Literally my ONLY criticism. I will stay again when traveling to the area.
