Best hotel I've stayed at in Bucaramanga. Only one with a bidet attachment to the toilet I've seen. The views of Floridablanca are great. The pool isn't as big as other hotels, but it is nice.

The overall experience with the hotel about the cleanliness and customer service was good. I stayed really up high above the 9th floor, and I was still able to hear the echo of the loud music from the bars downstairs surrounding the hotel. For the price I paid I would have expect a great relaxation time at night. Extremely loud, I was not able to sleep or relax. Great place if you don't mind the noise.
