All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was magnificent and room service was fantastic. I will definitely come back. I wasn't expecting food of that caliber at a hotel but it was incredible. My compliments to the chef.

Great place to stay while in Bucaramanga. Safe, clean and overall nice accommodations. I wouldn't classify it as a 5 star hotel by US standards, but overall great option when traveling.

Bucaramanga was the last city in my trip to Colombia and I was looking to stay at a convenient and nice located hotel. Dann Carlton Hotel was a really good choice. It wouldn't be exaggerated to compare it at a traditional Hilton hotel. As it happens when you are travelling - flights rescheduling - I had to make some changes and the Dann Carlton Hotel staff were friendly and amazingly helpful. The top roof where the pool is located offers an interesting point of view of the city. Many restaurants and stores around (all in walkable distance) and for farther destination like Cerro Del Santisimo or the airport, there are always yellow taxis around.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The spa was excellent, and the massage was one of the highlights of my visit. I also really enjoyed breakfast on the roof deck, which was a great way to start the day. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel Dann Carlton is like our home in Bucaramanga, we have stayed here for many years and it never disappoints. It is located in one of Bucaramanga's best areas, within walking distance of parks, restaurants and shopping. Complimentary breakfast in the pool area is one of the highlights of the stay, also the food in the restaurants and the room service are great and reasonably priced. The hotel amenities including the spa, pool, lobby and gym are always super clean, and well maintained. But my favorite part about the Dann experience is the super friendly staff, and the hotel taxi drivers who can pick you up from the airport, drive you around the city, and also show you the touristic nearby attractions. I really love this hotel and highly recommend it.

The place was clean and the staff were very nice. I liked the pool area on the rooftop deck. The restaurant next it was ok but they don't hanged it to the room. You have to pay seperate. The hot tub did not work.

Staff was really nice and helpful, twice I have to ask for help to configure the tv because we didn’t understand how to use the two remotes. The instructions are a little bit confusing but the technician was very helpful 😊 Breakfast really good. Room clean.
