Ha sido una pesadilla. El hotel es muy nuevo y está en una zona buenísima y céntrica, todo parecía perfecto...PERO ES COMO DORMIR EN LA CALLE, no hay aislante en los ventanas y el ruido de la calle y las discotecas y bares entra como si estuvieras en la calle. Además durante nuestra estancia hubo la visita de un grupo de música que siguió el concierto en el hotel desde las 6 de la mañana hasta las 12 del mediodia a grito pelado y nadie del hotel hizo nada por impedirlo. UN AUTENTICO DESASTRE.

El hotel no cumple con las condiciones pactadas

La experiencia de servicio en general fue buena, habitación limpia, un poco ruidosa porque no están insonorizadas, desayuno, buena ubicación y precio bajo. El único inconveniente es que la tarifa pactada con Hotels.com o expedia no fue mantenida por el gerente comercial y me terminaron cobrando adicionales (seguro hotelero, el cual es opcional), porque según él, expedia pone promociones que él no ha aprobado. El amenazó con devolverme el dinero y me sugirió que me comunicara con hotels.com para que me solucionara el caso, pero preferí mantenerme allí, porque mi viaje era corto y no quería traumatismos. Este caso es el primero que me ha pasado (soy un miembro gold en hotels.com) y me parece muy grave, porque destruye la oferta de valor que ofrece hotels.com hacia sus clientes y según una conversación que tuve con el gerente, para él el peor portal de reservas de hoteles es expedia/hotels.com, dada su falta de soporte (dice que el call center es de 4 personas para toda Colombia) y cambio de reglas de juego. Espero que solucionen estos inconvenientes y que hotels.com continúe manteniendo su oferta de valor. Gracias

Volvería.

Excelente, la verdad volvería sin ningún problema a hospedarme en éste hotel. El único inconveniente (para personas que tengan un sueño liviano) es un poco de ruido al quedar cerca a una avenida principal, por lo demás el hotel sin lugar a dudas es excelente.

Hotel BGA Bucaramanga, muy recomendable.

Mi estancia en el hotel BGA fue muy agradable, cuenta con los servicios necesarios para pasar una agradable estancia en Bucaramanga. El hotel sin ser de superlujoc, cuenta con instalaciones agradables, limpias, en muy buen estado y muy cómodas.

En general el hotel es nuevo, la limpieza es muy buena, y la zona es céntrica. Lo malo, la tarifa que la saque a través de hoteles.com, no la querían aceptar y me quisieron cobrar impuestos y cargos, al final tras los reclamos la tuvieron que aceptar. Estaba en el 7° Piso, de la ducha salian 3 gotas de agua en los tres dias que me quede y ni siquiera estaba muy caliente. No pudieron solucionarlo.

Ubicado en una buena zona, no tuve problemas de ruido, que leía en muchos comentarios. Lo único malo es que el parqueadero esta mal diseñado y es un poco estrecho, por lo demás muy bien. lleven gorro de ducha, ya que no hay.

La ubicación tanto como las instalaciones son buenas. Todo es moderno y acorde al estilo de la infraestructura. Puede mejorar el servicio de buffet para el desayuno que fue la única alimentación q tuvimos en el hotel. El estacionamiento es muy complicado incluso para vehículos pequeños.

Es un hotel nuevo. En una excelente ubicación, a pasos de restaurantes y tiendas comerciales. El desayuno es típico santandereano . Delicioso!
