Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
This was one of my worst experience ever. I made a reservation with them weeks before and even email to confirm before I got there, only ti show up in the middle of the night with my kids and young baby to be told that they didn't have space for us and they overbooked. They couldn't even refer me to another place seeing that I have me young baby in the rain. We had to be driving around a unfamiliar city, my babies were so scared. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, zero stars from me
