"Large, clean room with an amazing view. The staff were helpful. Beautiful pool, good location in the harbor. Great selection of fresh food at breakfast, but coffee was bitter, not tasty. The hotel is old, some cracks in walls and terraces, the many elevators are a maze, not all of them worked. "Great rooms,staff are very polite and friendly. Dislike, the breakfast could have been hotter but I've been assured that new warming plates are being ordered. Maybe the introduction of bacon....we left before, 7am to catch our flight.so missed out on breakfast, staff don't start until 7.30 am. No night porter /reception, for a 4 star boutique hotel not that professional."
