"What an excellent boutique hotel! We arrived very late and although the front desk staff departs at 9pm, we were able to enter without issue with the provided doorcode. Our room had everything we needed and the bed was amazing. The morning breakfast had plenty to offer and was perfect after a day of travel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. "The hotel is excellent but some of the guests let our experience down. The area is definitely moving towards an Ibiza vibe. We were on our balcony when an “excited”naked young man came out onto the balcony while his friends in the courtyard cheered him on for getting “lucky”, I assume the lady involved was the one who appeared on the balcony later to cheers. That night at “seed” restaurant we watched a group of young men in the hotel courtyard get high from nitrous oxide."

"Charming hotel on quite street 3 blocks from St. George's Square. Very attentive and polite service from everyone at the hotel. The room was lovely and breakfast service includes cold and hot options (including egg's benedict and full English breakfast). Rooftop bar and pool are a nice option. No mention when booking of all the building work next to the hotel. However, spa and pool facilities were very good and the breakfasts and staff were excellent"
