"I booked a superior room for a lovely surprise for my husband who is seriously ill when we arrived the receptionists she said we have been upgraded to a room with a nice view I was delighted, I couldn't believe the room was in the eves with all sloping ceilings, walls dark green and navy ceiling it was so dark and clostaphobic it was hard to see with 2 tiny windows even with the dull lights on,all the drawers were glued shut,we had a small wardrobe half was used for coffee and tea station with...

"Everything went well, the room was spotless, check in so easy and the all night quiet. Comfy beds. Definitely worth of money, brilliant place."

"The location was great as a base for the local attractions . The facilities were basic, shower looked great with nice products to use but the flow of water was poor and kept going hot and cold . The restaurant was average with mass produced food . Buffet breakfast had many options from porridge to full fry up Plenty of free parking . Some staff need further training when asked basic questions like the verity of ice cream flavours on offer the response was I'm not sure so I promoted her to go...

"This is our go to hotel when we visit Newcastle a couple of times a year. All the staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and the beds are so comfortable. There is a choice of breakfast but we always have the buffet, which is included in the price, as we dont really like a fry in the morning. Cant wait to go back!"

"Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again."
