"This is honestly one of the best stays not only on this trip, but that I have ever had. The area is gorgeous. The hostess was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. I wish our schedule had not been so packed; we would have loved to have chatted with her longer. The room was absolutely spotless. The distance to the Nürburgring was perfect. "This hotel is quaint and charming with very attentive staff. The restaurant food is superb! It is near train tracks but the windows close out the noise perfectly. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is that it is not in the main town of St.Goar. This isn’t a problem if you have a car or bike. We thought we could walk it but we underestimated how far it is. We had to rely on the local taxi and while very efficient, it cost us 18 euros every trip (each way)...
