I stand by my original review. The place has no elevator so plan for that. We asked for a room with ac and that was not functioning. The lady at the reception gave us remotes both of which did not help. She came to try and then just said the technician would return the next day to fix it! She said we were fortunate to get a room with an ax and she left while I was talking to her! She came back later with a fan once again rudely stating that we should consider ourselves lucky for having a room with an ac! They have no amenities. The towels weee not changed despite them being in the floor. We had to ask for more toilet paper afte the room was cleaned as that was not replenished The parking lot was noisy and if we opened the windows for air the smell of smoke also came in strongly. In reading other reviews these are all similar themes and could be easy fixes. I know the sheets were not changed even though we asked. After my first complaint I got an email offering one free breakfast as their apology. Some of the staff were helpful but certainly not the lady at the reception who I overheard complaining about her boss to another employee loud enough that customers could hear. Unprofessional! She asked my friend to take down the review as the ac was fixed !

Traveling in the summer, room on the 2nd floor with no air conditioning and inability to sufficiently open the window made my stay uncomfortable with the room near 78-80degrees during sleep. The tv repeatedly froze requiring to turn off/on causing minor frustration. The shower drain was slow resulting in a pool of water during a shower. Overall, you get what you pay for, but this was advertised as a 3 star hotel and it falls short. I give it a 2 at best. Brussels airport is a 10-15 min drive from this airport location.

El hotel tiene una ubicación muy conveniente, ya que se encuentra a tan sólo diez minutos del aeropuerto, cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito en el hotel, lo que resulta muy cómodo, ya que sólo está a unos pasos de la habitación sin necesidad de subir escalones. El único inconveniente es que en esta temporada hace mucho calor y las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado, solamente un ventilador

The hotel (and restaurant) is located on a main road near the airport, with frequent bus connections to Brussels North railway station. The city centre is about 40 minutes away (a bit more during rush hour), but connections are frequent and rarely crowded. It's not a big chain hotel and the prices were fair, so my expectations were not very high - but the hotel surprised me. A comfortable, large, clean room, with a mini fridge and all the facilities one might need. Very friendly, helpful staff. Everything about the hotel was professional and high quality - it felt like a four star hotel at three star prices. There was no elevator, which might be an issue for some guests, but as the second floor is the top floor, this seemed manageable to me. The Taormina restaurant - a quirky restaurant that is both an Indian restaurant and an Italian restaurant at the same time - served tasty food and offered a discount to hotel guests. I ate Indian meals, which were on a par with British Indian restaurants, which I assume to be authentic. During my four-night stay, only two airplanes were audible from my room - apparently, the runway closest to the hotel is not the one used for most flights. All in all, the hotel exceeded all my expectations. Great value and service. Would recommend.

Easy to find. Friendly team. Clean rooms. Parking is at the back of the hotel is included in the price. I would recommend to book a premium room (air-conditioning) on hot days, as It could be very warm at night to sleep. Restaurants are closed after 10 pm and there is not much else available after the time in the area. I would stay there again. Solid 3 starts.

Svårt att hitta ledig parkeringsplats på boende ! Alla parkeringsplatser var fullsatta när vi checkade in . Hotellet borde fixa mer parkeringsplatser; själva hotellet är inget att klaga på .
