"Breakfast menu is very limited. Cleaning services did not come when you ask them. Checked in with my name and checked out with different name. Staff blamed on Expedia which I know it's not true. "

"We have stayed here numerous times. While staff attentiveness was pleasant, the cleanliness of the hotel has gone down tremendously. We will look elsewhere next time."

"They don't clean the room, requested many times and they did on the last night, we stayed 4 nights in suite, 5 ppl, no extra towels toiletries, trashes not change. Breakfast hours 7-9am, we came down 8:30 nothing left!asked the staffs, took them another 30 mins to bring some food out. It's bad! Although the room and the bathroom was cleaned. "
