"Room was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job. Amenities were good, but not what I expected. The pictures online are way better than the actual place. During the week it was very dark on the block around the hotel, so feeling safe walking at night was difficult. However on Thursday night there was plenty of outside lighting and then it was improved. Don’t know why it wasn’t that way on the other nights. In addition, please note there is a daily resort fee automatically applied to your bill. The things charged under this fee are not things I could utilize so didn’t feel valued as a customer when it couldn’t be waived. "
"The front desk workers and the service workers are very nice. The valet service is terrible, called at 7am for an 8am car pickup, but the car wasn't delivered until 840am! Self-parking is 1000% worth it. "

"Decent enough ‘trendy’ hotel, pool is dumb (“no swimming”?!), w the entire place seemingly catering to younger people w bad taste. The rooftop is loud and obnoxious, but if that’s your thing, have at it. Location is great, staff just ok on average, style over substance though, ultimately :/"

"Besides an issue with streaming on the TV, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I’ve been here before for some of the events but never for a stay. Our room, granted the most expensive, was surreal with the views and the details. The hotel is in proximity of everything you need. Concierge was prompt and accommodating. Looking forward to another stay soon. "
