"Some of the front desk girls are incredibly rude. I’m not sure why, but they could improve their customer service skills. Additionally, the communication between the hotel and the valet is terrible. "

"Staff is pretty unfriendly. Make sure you show up at check-in time and not even a minute before or they will try and charge you their early check-in fee. Unfortunately I saw a few parties being hassled about it. Other than that, no complaints. Hotel is clean enough and close to subways so it does the job."

"The staff was patient and very courteous. I was there with teenagers and they definitely went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience. Shout out everyone including the gentleman that stored our bags. Mini fridge and microwave in our room. In terms of location, short walking distance to the train and grocery stores, pretty dope view too. "
