"Cozy, relaxing, and perfect atmosphere for my first time in Lake Tahoe. Easy check in and the staff is friendly and greeted me throughout my 3 day stay, daily."

"The property and room were well maintained and clean. The room had carpet which I don’t love it felt a little old but other than that the room was nice and spacious. The pool and hot tub looking out over the lake was really wonderful. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There are several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance."

"Beautiful views and friendly staff"

"everythling was really nice, except convenience of checking in, getting ice, finding the room. It was like a walk back in time.... but a good walk. Room was great, just a bit confusing on finding a few things"

"Rooms are very dated. Mattresses felt like motel 6. Staff definitely needs a lesson on customer relations. A smile would even suffice. They just seemed annoyed. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Quickly check in. Easy. Free parking."

"Service"

"The property was very relaxing and located nearby very good restaurants, hiking trails, and shopping. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The only minor issue we noticed was that the mattress on our bed sagged in the middle quite a bit and probably should be replaced. I would highly recommend this lodging."

"So dog friendly with prime location. Clean room. Friendly staff. Quiet room facing golf course (where dogs are allowed to run). Would highly recommend"

"Our room was very clean and comfortable. All the toiletries were top notch. a good breakfast was available. We will stay there again."

"Very nice hotel! We gave 4 stars because the A/C in the rooms were a bit too loud and we needed to use earplugs. We were on the 3rd floor and it was noticeably warmer, so the A/C came on frequently. Coffee was great, but aside from oatmeal, bananas, and apples there weren’t any vegan options. Would still choose to stay there again."
