"We knew the restaurant wasn’t going to be open as we were staying on a Monday, what wasn’t expected was that the hotel reception would close by 5pm and breakfast wouldn’t be until 8am. The room was lovely and clean. The area was the same. But a hotel should have 24hr reception and breakfast from 6am on weekdays. "

"Das Problem ist, dass man das Hotel am Berg nur bis 16:00 Uhr buchen kann und auch einchecken kann. Nachher ist es nicht mehr möglich dort einzustecken oder die Bergbahn führt einen auch nicht mehr nach oben. Das ist auf ihrem Portal irreführend dargestellt. Man geht davon aus man kann die ganze Zeit anreisen. Zur Not auch mit Late Checkin.
