"I came here to relax during Christmas and it all seemed fine until my last morning I work up with a bedbug running on my pillow next to my head!!! Staff was slow moving, not surprised and very slow to be helpful. Another young lady in the lobby said she seen the same kind of bug in her room! I had to go all the way off on them for them to jump into action. I had to leave my entire suitcase for them to dry clean and ship to me. I will never stay here or any other Moxy again."

"Clean room and spacious. They will gouge you on parking. Check out is 10 am so pretty early. Asked for late check out and they charged $150 to stay until 1 pm but didn’t tell us the key cards stop working at 12. My kids got locked out of the room and I couldn’t get back into the hotel until someone let me in. That was frustrating. Right at 12 pm we had housekeeping walk in on us. Have to say that really made me angry after spending close to $600 for one night! There are a couple of places nearby to eat which you want to stay close to because it’s not the best area crime wise. If you’re a light sleeper traffic and people peeling out all night will keep you awake. I think people also live there so it’s not just a hotel. They seem annoyed with hotel guests and I can’t say I blame them. "

"We stayed in the City Suite for two nights and it was honestly a great choice. The space was bigger than we expected and very clean when we arrived. I liked that the seating area was separate from the bed, so it didn’t feel cramped at all. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with essentials. The location made it easy to get around downtown without hassle. Overall, it was worth the price."

"I stayed at Hotel Per La over Valentine’s Day weekend for a solo getaway in Los Angeles, where I planned to enjoy some shopping and spend time with friends. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, which made everything feel welcoming and comfortable. I also appreciated the valet service—they were attentive, efficient, and very helpful. One of my favorite aspects of the hotel is its historic charm. The building has a unique character, and the quirky architectural and design details throughout the property make it especially delightful. I also had an amazing chocolate latte from the coffee shop downstairs. The staff there were very friendly and sweet, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and I would happily return."

"The place itself was good. Location was perfect for our visit. The issue- the overwhelming amount of fees that were charged!! Destination fee? Resort fee? $60 parking fee?? Had we known we may have chosen some where else"
