Schön, dass Sie die Freundlichkeit in unserem Familienbetrieb besonders hervorheben - da freuen wir uns sehr darüber und ich gebe es sehr gerne an den Rest meines großartigen Teams weiter. Für den Lärm möchte ich mich nochmal entschuldigen, leider konnte sich eine "Männertruppe" nicht benehmen und ich habe sie auch auf das nicht angebrachte Verhalten hingewiesen. Die Boxspringbetten sind erst vor 3 Jahren angeschafft worden und die Matratzen dürften keinesfalls bereits "durchgelegen" sein. Es gibt 2 Seiten - 1x weich und 1x härter, vielleicht haben Sie nur die falsche Seite für Ihre Bedürfnisse erwischt? Das tut uns natürlich leid, wenn wir das gewusst hätten, wäre es kein Problem gewesen die Matratzen umzudrehen! Bezüglich des Preises kurzer Hinweis, dass Sie ein DZ Superior für 1 Person gebucht haben, was fast dem Preis für 2 Personen entspricht. Noch dazu wurde es über eine online-Buchungsplattform gebucht, was den Zimmerpreis nochmal erhöht. Thank you for this good rating Lena, we are happy to hear that you liked your short-stay here at our family-run hotel! Sorry about the food, but the à la carte restaurant Spitzbuam does not belong to the hotel and they are closed on Sunday and Monday. But within 5 walking minute there are 3 other restaurants (Tyrolean food, fish restaurant, Pizzeria), which are all open on Sunday :-) Hope to see you again at sometime and best regards from the Brixental, Angelika
