"Rooms were very nice, beds, sheets and pillows really comfortable. Nice atmosphere all the way around.
Found the front desk people and coffee shop staff felt like they hated to be there, not friendly. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and cheerful.
Still like going to Hyatts it just seems when we get further east friendliness diminishes
FYI spent 48 years in NYC and NJ and always was pleasant with hard working young people "
"Wonderful location: quick walk to Princeton University. Absolutely charming establishment. The only downside: noisy air conditioning. Still would absolutely return. "
"I loved staying here! It was clean and nice. The staff was incredible. They were all so nice and accommodating. My son forgot his charger to his iPad and the bartender/server pulled out a bunch of cords and helped him out and even plugged it in for him at the table. I would definitely stay here again!"
"Beautiful property right next to the Delaware. Large room with river view. The bed was super comfy, too! Just walk over the bridge to New Hope and enjoy!"
"Staying in a historical hotel was awsome, the stairs, wallpaper in hallway and old elegance of it was really nice. It was clean and nice. No frills. Don't expect luxury amenities as it's not expected but nice bedding, clean room and comfortable. Remember, you're staying in a part of history. That was cool. Also, try restaurant on bottom floor, it was excellent food. "
