"Conveniently situated hotel for city centre. Very clean but let down by some signs of wear in the room. Carpet was stained & table marked. Breakfast was good but could improve gluten free options being freely available."

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good location just off the M5. The swimming pool and leisure facilities were a bonus. Breakfast had a good selection. Food in the evening was nice but quite expensive. A good base for exploring local area. Had to pay £8 per night for parking."

"Great location for us passing though on the way to Wales. Great pool (although extra). Parking easy (although also extra). Staff excellent Cameron at the front desk, a lovely female Welsh bar assistant and the one of the kitchen staff who made us some eggs as we were late for breakfast. Breakfast pretty early finish 9am which bought us out. But staff supper helpful. Bar great lots of choice. Rooms super clean. Although a bit of an odour in the bathroom I think a dirty mop had been used. But overall 5 stars."

"We had a wonderful stay for our ten year wedding anniversary! Staff were friendly and attentive. We absolutely loved the view for breakfast! The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to choose from. Thank you for a magical stay."
