Very helpful remote staff and easy to locate. Room was small and had a nice large window and comfortable bed. Great to have a kitchenette and place to make food and tea/coffee. Bathroom was not clean or easy to access at times since it was in the apartment hallway. Shower did not provide consistent hot water so we didn’t get to shower each day which was a disappointment. Maybe provide some hand sanitizer, hand towels and instructions for how to use the shower’s water heater unit? Thank you so much for letting us know about the items left behind! Wonderful hotel staff and so helpful!!!
Good value if you want to be in the centre of Bristol close to Clifton Suspension Bridge and don't have a car. Room small but clean and had a kettle, crockery, and a sink. The bed was comfortable

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room I was provided was materially different from what was shown at the point of booking.
The listing images presented a furnished, cozy room with a rug and warmer overall setup. The actual room had no rug, minimal furnishings, a different bed, and a much more sparse, cold appearance.
I raised this immediately on arrival and checked out without staying, as the accommodation did not match how it was represented when booking.
The property later confirmed that the images are illustrative only and that furnishings and layout are not guaranteed, which was not made clear prior to booking.
Had this been disclosed, I would not have booked.

It was fine for a couple of days. The individual rooms were tidy enough, if a little old. The kitchen was not ventilated well (bad smell) and sometimes communal areas were unclean. No issues with service or other lodgers.

Stayed here while working in the city, the location and price were great for that. Really handy to have use of a shared kitchen, and the large lounge.
Overall the place has the feel of old student accommodation, the furniture and decor are functional but tired (much like myself). Cleaning and re-stock happens once a week, but thankfully other residents are reasonable when using the shared bathrooms.
Top tips if you're staying here - do buy the parking permit, as all the streets around the area are "permit only" and the closest metered parking is very expensive.
Also, as cleaning only happens once a week, so does toilet paper delivery - bring your own roll.
Thought we could have a few nights away in Bristol decided to have a place in Clifton.
Was terrible
The room was dirty
The floor was horrific so dangerous why is there not a carpet the amount of times I tripped on the floor because it’s unsafe also stains on the covers
The bathroom was full of mould and dirt the shower was Coverd in scum
Bedside draw was so dirty kept all our stuff in our suite cases never been in such a dirty place for the money we paid. I wouldn’t ever recommend this to anyone.
Someone who is homeless would appreciate this so much but for someone who has paid it’s unacceptable and disgusting how you can advertise this to people.
