"The room was absolute beautiful and I loved the little touches. The feature walls, double bath and shower were stunning. The bed was comfortable and I liked the separate sofas area. I loved the dim lighting, it added to the ambience and the tvs were huge. Its probably the best room I have ever stayed in. It was cold in the room and I had spoken to reception to turn the heating on but it was still cold. None of the radiators worked but the room was large and I assumed it will take some time to...

"Staff were really helpful and the hotel is ideal for visiting Bristol. Parking is easy at the Multi Storey next door, with access directly from the hotel. They also offer discount parking. Would definitely use this hotel again if visiting Bristol "
