The shower floor has 30cm sq. dip in between the shower waist and the entry point of the shower, meaning that when one steps into the shower they are stepping into a very slippery wet area. This is very dangerous and should be fixed. ASAP. Thank you. Otherwise the property was great and well presented.

We enjoyed our stay at Caboolture Riverlakes Motel. We found the owners friendly and welcoming and our room was very clean and quite spacious. The location close to the river, was quiet but within walking distance of shops. We would definitely stay again and recommend a stay here.
