"Characterful hotel near central Brighton. Nicely decorated. Comfortable room. The absence of a lift the only downside- we were on the top floor - but receptionist helped carry my heavy suitcase."

"A good one night stay - for a concert at The Dome & visit to the i360. Well located for both. Nice seafront location (even had a seaview from my room). Didn't use the facilities (breakfast, bar etc) as I had other plans. Lift was a bit slow (to 3rd floor). Shower wasn't so easy to use (overhead)...wifi was o.k..."

"Ideally situated next to the railway station. Great room, good size, really good room facilities, especially if planning a longer stay, particularly suitable for those travelling for business. Exceptionally good free breakfast, the best we've experienced in a long while. Good quality produce and hot (rather than luke warm which seems to be the norm in bigger chains, who offer over priced options). We were only there for one night, but will definitely return when we next return to Brighton."

"It was so quaint and homey. I loved the feel and welcoming atmosphere. It felt more like a B and B to me. I was a single traveller and booked the single bed room. It was small but I really didn’t need more. TV, small fridge, coffee maker with coffee/tea. They kept me stocked with a bottle of water and cookies.
