"All good"

"Its right next to the Brighton station so a about 15 to 20 min walk to the seafront. Still a great location, incredibly helpful staff and clean and well stocked room. I loved my stay here over the 3 nights and 4 days."

"We had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff are super friendly and were very welcoming. Our room was towards the back of the property and it was lovely and quiet as well as tastefully decorated. We enjoyed a nice relaxed breakfast too. Plenty of food and lovely coffee. Thanks again!"

"Perfect little place for our weekend stay. Rooms and communal areas full of character making your stay homely and welcoming. Quiet, no noise from street and very little from other guests. Walk to top of the road and lots of restaurants and bars but really not much further into the centre or pier. Perfect for our show at the Brighton Dome. "Place was clean and a good location for Brighton pride parade, but a little far from the village. It has an unusual layout in that two people have to sleep in a separate room through a yard, if they want to go to the toilet/kitchen/lounge they have to pass through the yard and through someone’s bedroom to get to the toilet, it wasn’t a huge issue just unexpected. I’m a deep sleeper so took the room people passed through and slept ok."
