We had a top floor room as requested. It was compact and clean. Staff were friendly. Close to Brighton centre Lanes and railway station. Didnt like the smell of food in room.

Friendly staff with great communication. It was very hot that weekend so the in-built ceiling fan was much needed. Good location easy walkable distance to everything. The room was incredibly small though, the shower room especially - and so might not suit anyone with mobility issues or those needing space.

Friendly and amazing staff. I was able to check in early for a wedding I was attending. The location is great (very, VERY close to North Laine which is great for shopping and food/drinks). Room was clean, had air con and the bed was comfy!

Lovely little spot near the station

A charming little hotel with friendly staff located right next to the lanes near the station. Really loved having their sister cafe nearby (for a truly excellent breakfast). Otherwise the accommodation is comfortable if basic. A nice budget friendly option.
