"A lovely stay at the Charm Hotel. Very friendly receptionists who were more than happy to help with parking, bags, and any other issues. The room was big, comfy, and very clean. Could have done with two bottles of water in the room rather than one maybe, but I’m nit picking!!
We would definitely come back when visiting Brighton, the location is brilliant and a short walk from all the best bits! Thank you for a great stay"
"Spent 1 night at Colson House.
Room 7 (single en-suite - top floor) - it was clean / cosy / the mattress was so comfortable I slept like a baby / was very quiet.
I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely book again "
"This is a beautiful little hotel in a lovely location. It was exactly as described and really well thought through. I would 100% recommend.
Ps the mattress in seaview room needs to be changed but certainly doesnt remove any stars or high praise. "

Fab bathroom and separate shower with l’occitaine toiletries which have at home
Plenty of towels, great shower and good to ward to brehave a coffee machine with great coffees
Nice light room in the tower - only thing missing a full length mirror
Apart from that could not fault

"I stayed for the weekend with my 5 year old. The room was very clean and tidy. The fridge was really handy to have (traveling with a fussy eater) the staff were very friendly and accomodating and we were able to come and go without any issues :)
