"Lovely little inn in very quiet location (though easy to get to Halifax). Room was great size, good facilities, bed was comfy! We had a nice view of a sheep field. Cooked breakfast was only available Friday - Sunday, but we were provided with a little cool bag of breakfast items which was unexpected bonus. We only stayed one night for an event in Halifax, but would definitely stay again and for longer."

"Great location, with lovely views over the surrounding moors. Excellent range of food and wines very reasonably priced. Bed room was spacious and spotless clean. Will return in the future for sure."

My only gripe was was huge spiders web inside the bedroom window and the amount of spiders I found in the room (sorry I’m an arachnophobe and once I’d seen them that put paid to my sleep on the second night"
