"Great parking,fast check-in with very friendly, helpful knowledgeable staff. The breakfast menu is superb with fast efficient service. The rooms are clean, and the bed is super comfy and serviced daily and has tea/ coffee making facilities and biscuits. The bathroom has a large shower with soap and shower gel supplied. We look forward to our next visit."

"Nice big room and bathroom, the only downside was staying there during a hot spell and the bathroom got the sum very early morning and the bedroom for the rest of the day making it unbearable to sleep in, even though there was a fan provided. The bottom sheet didnt fit the bed properly so with shuffling due to the heat it didnt stay on for long. Great location and a good base for visiting the area and plenty of parking. We had breakfast but wished we hadnt as it was very disappointing when...

"Lovely place to stay, the hosts where very accomadating and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast each morning was great i'm a vegetarian and had plenty to choose from. Location was spot on easy access to Scarborough, filey, robin hoods bay and whitby among others. Very clean Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Through Expedia, I've been able to secure several nice stays for budget prices. This was a different, inferior experience. They tried to make it seem 'economy' .I was annoyed by automatic messages from 'Harry' telling me to text after 2 for a code, when check in started and when I'd arrive by pre-arranged means. "AVOID THE HOTEL VERSION OF A SUPERMARKET SELF SERVICE TILL. No staff AT ALL on site. You’re sent a code to get in. The room was horrid. Broken bed, rips in curtain. Leaking toilet, broken toilet seat and sink plug. Heavily stained carpet. I ARRIVED but if you needed to speak to someone, you had to ring a number.
