"Beds were absolutely horrible. It was a metal spring mattress from the 1980s. I booked a different hotel at 0300 in the morning and left because a spring came through the bed."

"The lady that was during breakfast was a bit rude. She seemed like the ppl getting breakfast were a bother to her. She said excuse me to check the eggs. So I stepped aside and instead of going around me she bumped my belly (I’m pregnant) I told her wow you could’nt go around me and she laughed and said have a nice day. She needs to work on her hospitality if she’s going to continue working for a hotel. "
