"La colazione scarna , per un hotel di tale categoria mai vista una cosa del genere. Nessuna scelta( solo cornetti e brioche) e anche per un capouccino si attende molto. The shower in our room not only barely had water coming out but there was "limited" hot water to shower with during the winter months (December), that for a medium hair length woman, not enough hot water to wash the hair. Gabriella, the housekeeping lady was the one thing we enjoyed about our stay. "

"This didn't really seem like a hotel. There was no traditional front desk. There's a restaurant called the Lady Hill and a parking lot but no official signage for the hotel. In fact, it was a zealous parking lot attendant who finally directed us to a manager with an office in the building, but it wasn't what you'd call a front desk.
