"Having stayed here many times in the past , I have always enjoyed this property. In the 10 months since my last stay I am so terribly disappointed with this place , check in was not good , common areas of the building very dirty, room was so so because the iPad controls did not work the blinds were permanently closed this is one of the main reasons I go is to lay in bed and see the view , climate control didn’t work , person at the front desk was awful, lying to me about availability of another room non chalant about my issues concerns simply saying he would have someone look at the issues but he never did . I am terribly disappointed and feel as though I was cheated and ripped off. Beware of this place as it is not what it once was , not even close a huge disappointment "

"Staff were great. Excellant Gastro Pub right next door. Only 3 elevators so allow extra time in the late morning. "

"One of the pools was out of service. Our balcony door wouldn’t close. The couch bed was concave and squeaky. It was so uncomfortable. They changed the price of valet parking and wouldn’t honor the rate when we booked. It was also supposed to have free breakfast… that was a lie. Staff was rude and unhelpful. We won’t be back"

"Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. The night life on the roof was great, the pool was great, staff was great, you get electrical bikes, beach access and free umbrella, the food was great, the guests are classy. The hotel was perfect state or the art brand new & beautiful. Also the BED best bed I’ve ever slept in. I literally did not want to leave. "

"When I arrived at the hotel at approximately 9:00 PM, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled by the manager and that no room was available for me. When I originally made the reservation, I specifically selected the option to pay at the property upon arrival. However, I was told that the manager canceled my reservation the day before my arrival because the hotel was unable to charge my credit card two days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Since my reservation clearly indicated that payment would be made at the property, this cancellation was unexpected and left me in a very difficult situation. As a result, I arrived at the hotel only to find that I no longer had a room and was forced to search for alternative accommodations late at night. "
