"So we checked in and the room we got was not functional we had no remote to the tv and the ac was not functioning. we called down to talk to the front desk but they told us they could give us the lobby remote but it may not work. and the room was muggy from the ac not working. Breakfast was Amazing the Kitchen Manager was soo good to us and made up for the horrible room experience. Never hav i had a manager anywhere treat us the way he did ! Made sure our glass was always full and attended to...

"As a person with a disability, I was very pleased with the accomodations. I did not expect to have automatic doors in the room, along with all of the other standard things in the bathroom, etc. The staff was very helpful - the breakfast staff was great, and the fron desk staff was very hepful, and we liked that they asked after our welfare. For the money, I felt that this place was unbeatable!"

"I really feel that the breakfast can improve. The hotel is great and clean , but breakfast can be improve."

"It was quiet, clean and close to stores and restaurants"

"good staff"

"The Front Desk staff were courteous and polite. The breakfast wasn't bad and had different menu items each day."

"Staff didn’t know what to do when it came to a power outage took them a couple hours to figure out couldn’t get in til midnight so had to wait a bit . Overall the stay was cool . The pool was cool and the rooms gave me comfort and ac and heating system worked ."
