"We got a room with no view facing a parking lot and a big wall. Soaps and have to requested. Staff was very obliging and very good. It is a bit further from the centre of the town but walkable.Breakfast was very good."

"Beautiful property. Owner does not speak English which made the check in difficult. It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not. When calling owner to find out room number, she kept giving the code to the front door instead. We were saved by another guest who was able to work out which room was ours. "

"I traveled there by my own car. Street parking was available, and the location was easy to find. The address and location itself were good. However, check-in is only available until 4:00 PM; if you arrive late, you are out of luck. They do not accept check-ins after that. For someone traveling for business, having to go to the hotel within these hours can cause disruptions to other work. The bed was very old; in fact, one side was sagging, so I couldn't trust it. Paying equivalent of 300 USD per night on a regular weekday, one would expect room with A/C. Besides that, road works started just under their window at 6am. The spa treatments were apparently great, but the accommodation...

"Huoneisto oli tilava, moderni ja siisti. Ainoa ongelma oli sähkölukko, joka saatiin toimimaan vasta parin puhelinsoiton jälkeen. Täällä voisi viipyä pidempäänkin, oli täysin varusteltu keittiö ja pesukone. Rauhallinen pientaloalue, kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta."

"Pleasant 4 star hotel."

"Although the receptionist didn’t speak any English, between google translate and point and smiling, we were checked in early and shown around the hotel. The breakfast was good. Our room had an awkward shower/tub set up with no shower curtain, but we made the best of it. I think this is a very popular hotel as the weather warms up because there’s a popular road cycling trail and Straznice is central on that map. We were only here two nights, but there’s a couple real good bakeries across the...
