Great property, very clean and well maintained. Had plenty of room for the kids to run around. Very private property with a hot tub. Kids loved the pool table. The property has a motion sensor light in the front, which kept lighting up often at night, but upon checking during the day we noticed cob webs and a moth flying around causing the light to turn on often. We were glad that the property did not get affected by recent hurricanes in the area, although most state parks around the area were closed.

The property grounds are very pretty, quiet and peaceful. However it is not as depicted in the pictures. It's not sitting in a big open space. Trees n woods all around but it is pretty. The lighting needs improvement for sure....especially outside. There was no grill as pictured. The roof leaked in the game room and dining room and there is mold in the ceiling of the game room. The mattress in the master bedroom is very comfortable....but the rest are NOT. They definitely need to replace the pots and pans as well. We saw several roaches (6 to be exact). Other than that the property itself was very clean. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very friendly and apologetic. It was very well stocked with plenty of towels and the laundry on site was super convenient!
